Our Founder Ben Smith has a lifelong love for seniors. Early work as a Boy Scout volunteer led to an after school job as greeter at a local facility. Ben found fulfilling rewards forming special relationships with all the senior residents. Gerontology studies in college led Ben to work for one of the nations largest Hospice companies. Tasked with the challenge of improving standards for patient care in 45 offices across the country, Ben met with hundreds of families. Ben would always ask: “How could we better serve you or your loved one?” Time after time, care recipients and families would say: “If you could Always Be Here, that would be better”. This was further fuel for the fire and birthed Smith’s life long mission to bring “Always There Home Care” to his hometown. Specializing in 24/7 one-on-one care for seniors and their families
